Sorry for the lack of posts! I’ve been very busy the past few weeks trying to edit some creatives (photo shoots) and weddings. Anyway, I took this photo on a cold day – but it wasn’t too cold that I would get sick. As you can see from the background, it snowed, a lot. But what I love most about snow is that it’s the best reflector when it comes to photos because everything is evenly lit. I think I was heading to the mall to replenish some beauty products when this outfit taken. I had my sister take the photo for me on our way out, I taught her some basic settings on the camera so she gets it sharp and exposed properly. As much as I love taking photos with the snow, I can’t wait for spring and summer!

So I decided to do some portraits for the new year. I also needed new portraits since my last one was taken about a year ago! This portrait was taken for my photography blog and it was around New Years, so I thought I’d make it as my “Happy New Year” post. Sequin dress and belt from Sirens. Who would’ve thought?
